An update

A few quick notes about my blogging.
Well so far so good. I'm managing to keep the blogging going. 14 entries in 11 days, not bad going.
Over the last few days I've been tempted by other bloging software, mainly MarsEdit from Rarchero.
It looks very cool and has a good range of features, plus as a user of NewsNetWire, I'm already registered to use it. It dose have one major advantage over my current blogger (iBlog), in that it is not tied down to the .mac account. It's not that I'm unhappy with iBlog/.mac, despite it's tendency to link the pages in publis incorrectly, resulting in 404 errors. No, I'm happy with iBlog, it's just that I would have the choice with MarsEdit (or some other editor). And there are things lacking from .mac, mainly comments. You can't have people leave comments with out resorting to a 3rd party site. I have been looking at these for this blog, but I just can't help feeling that and integrated solution would be better.
Maybe I could have two blogs, after all at the rate I'm bloging currently I could probably fill two (three in fact counting my planed story blog, more of that in a moment). I don't know at the moment, I will have to play a bit before I deiced.
As for my story blog, well nothing has happened on that yet, so my dead line for starting of March, looks a bit less likely now. The problem is that I I want to get the two previous versions entered on to my system first, for reference. And the first version is (badly) hand written and it takes ages to transcribe it! Also bloging real life is turning out be be dangerously fun and addictive.
