The backlash begings

Advertisers 'demand Sky refund': "Big advertisers are threatening to ask satellite broadcaster Sky to cut its fees after its row with Virgin, a report says."

(Via BBC News.)

Okay this is becoming a habit for me now, but I just couldn't resist this story.
Sky are already getting hit finically by there decision to cut of Virgin customers. Yes I did enjoy reading that! I think this is the beginning of some hard times for sky if they carry on the way they are going and also pull of of freeview.
One thing I do have to say is that Virgin have been soundly beaten by Sky in the propaganda war. Sky have TV and radio commercials, a big poster campaign, people out in the shopping malls and junk mails. Where as Virgin seem to have just a low key post campaign. Worse still as a customer of Virgin I've not herd anything from them officially about the whole situation.
Now maybe they think (as I do) that they are right, but still I think a little money invested in some advertising maybe help here.
I've said it before, I'm not going the change (and I can't anyway), but there are others that could and probably are being swayed by this sort of media assault.
