Aaarggh, I'm dying

Okay so I'm not dead (well not yet anyway), it's just
that yesterday I felt like I was.
On earth shattering revelations or deep insights in
to the world at large this time (have there even
been?) No just a report that I was laid low by a bout
of flu. It a bit like the 24 flu I use to get way
back, in the short time I had it, would completely
incapacitate me with temperature, killer headaches,
all over aches and of course the overwhelming nausea
and vomiting. Well this time it wasn't quite like
that, this it seems this time it could decide how to
have a go at me. One minute it was the headache, the
next I was running a temperature, then came the
sickness (an the mornings breakfast) and finally back
to the headache.
Well at least having them all separately makes it a bit easier to handle!
I spent most of the day laid out on my sofa with the TV on. I wasn't really watching any thing, but it was just on in the back ground (the discovery channel, I was NOT going to watch 'day time TV'!).
In the afternoon I kept on going off to sleep, well going off is probably not the right word, switching off would be a better choice. I would go off to sleep and then wake up 1/2 hour later with out being aware of any passage of time at all. I would be listening to time team in the back ground, talking about a dig on green island and suddenly I would be listening to a program on the attack at perl harbor, it was very strange and a bit eery.
It must have been those viruses I was writing about , trying to prove they where alive, by making me feel dead!
Any way all recovered and ready for tomorrow. It's the boys annual London trip. So I'm bound to have something to blog about tomorrow night.
