I am...

The current orange addverts, the ‘I am...’ ones, really
speak to me.
This advert really speaks to me, because I think that
it is entirely true, we are the sum of our
experiences to date.
And since a lot of our experiences will involve interactions of some kind with other people, we are the sum of the people that we have met or interacted with.
On version 2 or maybe 3 this this site I did have a large, but half completed bit about this, called something very pretentious, ‘the web of life’. The whole thing was very pretentious and verging on the mystical, but hey I was younger(-er) then.
Anyway this advert really sums up everything I was trying to say here.
There is not fate, there is no destiny either. Every bodies lives are controlled to a small degree by everybody they meet, interact with or even see in there every day life.
So in effect we are not in charge of own lives, but we do have a tiny bit of control over the lives of every one we meet and they in turn have a small bit of control over ours. This does mean that there is a little bit of feedback going on here, they effect us, which in turn effects us, which could then effect them...etc, which could explain why we live in such chaotic times...maybe.
In past ages, people would only be effected by those around them, which would be the people in the village and the lord that happens have that village in his domain, and that was it.
Now days we can be effected by people on the other side of the world!
Okay I think I’ve gone off on a bit of tangent here, but I think I’ve got the basic idea over...so I’ll leave it there.
