I made it! At 21:22 tonight, I hit 50k words.
Phew
50 thousand words. For the longest time I didn’t think I was going to make it this time. But the last few days I put on a final spurt and hit the target. The rest of my life which had been put on hold can now restart. Given the things that are going on in my life right now, I think I would rather than they didn’t, but I don’t have the excuse of the story any more to hide behind,
The story however, is far from complete. At this point I reckon there is about another 10000 words left till ‘The End’. Not to much else to say at the moment. I will post this weeks part of the story along with another post tomorrow, but for this brief moment I can forget everything else and just celebrate 50000 words!
